Do screenshots expire?
Free and Starter plan screenshots are stored for 7 days. Pro and Business plans include lifetime storage. We recommend downloading full-size originals right after generating.
What's the difference between tiers?
Every plan — free included — generates panorama sets and a hero image, because that's the output that sells the product. Starter adds the controls to switch those off, A/B testing across art directions, mockup editing, and the Feature Graphic Generator. Pro unlocks Match Style (copy competitor designs), localization into 75 languages, iPad conversion and Ultra Quality rendering. Business adds unlimited projects, lifetime storage and priority support.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other global payment methods through our secure Dodo Payments integration. Tax is handled automatically.
How do credits work?
Every AI operation costs 1 credit — this includes generating a new screenshot, editing an existing one, or regenerating a mockup. Because our screenshots are fully AI-generated (not template-based), even small changes require a full regeneration. Non-AI actions like changing device frames or downloading are free.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available for technical errors, failed credit delivery, or duplicate charges. Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Used credits cannot be refunded as the AI generation has already been performed. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Every new user gets 3 free screenshots to try out our service. All exports are watermark-free. Upgrade to any paid plan for more screenshots and features.
Can I buy more credits later?
