Refund Policy

How Our Credit System Works

AppMockup uses a credit-based system. Before purchasing, please understand how credits are consumed:

  • Each new screenshot generation costs 1 credit
  • Each edit to an existing screenshot costs 1 credit (our AI fully regenerates the image for every change)
  • Each regeneration of a screenshot costs 1 credit
  • Credits are not consumed for non-AI actions such as changing device frames or downloading

When Refunds Are Available

We will issue a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  • A technical error on our end prevented you from receiving generated screenshots after credits were deducted
  • You were charged but credits were not added to your account
  • Duplicate charges occurred for the same transaction
  • You purchased credits but have not used any of them and request a refund within 7 days of purchase

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • Credits that have already been used to generate, edit, or regenerate screenshots
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality — results may vary and are provided on an "as-is" basis
  • Failure to review how the credit system works before purchasing
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your Payment ID from the confirmation email or receipt
  • The email address associated with your account
  • A description of the issue

We aim to respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method through Dodo Payments.
