AppMockup is an AI-powered service that transforms app screenshots into professional marketing assets for app stores. Our service includes:

• AI-powered screenshot enhancement and styling
• Automatic text generation for marketing copy
• Multiple design templates and styles
• High-resolution image exports
• Credit-based usage system

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per user; multiple accounts are not permitted
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Credits

• Our service operates on a credit-based system
• Each new screenshot generation consumes one (1) credit
• Each edit or regeneration of an existing screenshot also consumes one (1) credit, as our AI fully regenerates the image for every change
• Credits do not expire
• New users start with 3 free trial credits

Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments
• Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our AI systems
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload our service
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission
• Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code

Your Content

You retain ownership of the screenshots and content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our service.

Generated Content

You own the marketing assets generated by our AI based on your input. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Our Service

AppMockup, including our AI models, algorithms, and software, is our proprietary technology and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

• We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppMockup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your access to the service will cease
• Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Digital Content Acknowledgment

AppMockup provides digital content that is generated and delivered immediately upon use. By purchasing credits and using them to generate screenshots, you acknowledge that the digital content has been provided to you and that each generation (including edits and regenerations) consumes credits as described in the Credit System section above.

When Refunds Are Available

• If a technical error on our end prevents you from receiving the generated screenshots after credits were deducted
• If you were charged but credits were not added to your account
• If duplicate charges occurred for the same transaction

When Refunds Are Not Available

• Credits that have already been used to generate, edit, or regenerate screenshots
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality, as results may vary and are provided on an "as-is" basis
• Failure to review how the credit system works before purchasing (each generation, edit, and regeneration costs 1 credit)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your payment ID and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

All screenshots, marketing copy, and visual assets generated by AppMockup are produced by artificial intelligence. As such:

• Output quality, style, and accuracy may vary between generations
• Generated content is provided "as-is" without guarantees of specific aesthetic outcomes
• Screenshot dimensions are generated based on the latest device specifications and may not match older device sizes
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content before submitting it to app stores

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
